Lee Han Ling is a seasoned leader with over three decades of comprehensive experience in banking, finance, and business management. Throughout his career, he held senior roles in leading financial institutions such as Hong Leong Bank, HSBC Bank, and UOB Malaysia, where he managed multi-billion-ringgit portfolios, spearheaded regional operations, and cultivated high-performing teams. As the new Executive Director at MICCI, Han Ling leverages his strong business connections, experience in governance practices and extensive business acumen to champion initiatives that align with national development goals, ensure global competitiveness for members, and uphold MICCI's role as a trusted voice for the business community in Malaysia. He is a graduate of the University of Otago, New Zealand, with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance.
