
Ahmed Radzif

Ahmed Radzif is a seasoned oil and gas professional with over 30 years of experience spanning leadership roles in operations, field development, commercial strategy, and business development. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Liverpool University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from Strathclyde Business School. Since joining EnQuest in 2015, Radzif has played a pivotal role in establishing and growing the company’s presence in Malaysia, particularly in managing mature and late-life fields and securing new business opportunities. His career began as a marine civil engineer, later transitioning into the energy sector with ExxonMobil, where he worked on major projects, hook-up, and commissioning. He has also held key roles with Nippon Oil, Bechtel, and Murphy Oil—where he contributed to bringing the company’s first Malaysian oilfield online and supported large-scale gas developments. Radzif is recognized for his leadership in project execution, commercial negotiations, and strategic partnerships across Malaysia and the region.
