Alibek Kazangapov is a seasoned Project Management Professional and Task Team Leader specializing in infrastructure development at the Islamic Development Bank’s Regional Hub in Almaty. With over 15 years of experience in the field, he has played a key role in the preparation and implementation of complex, large-scale development projects across Central Asia, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan. His portfolio encompasses a broad range of initiatives in road and railway infrastructure, air transport development, and technical assistance programs, with a cumulative investment value exceeding USD 5 billion.
