Christina Tee is the Founder and CEO of CAPE Group, a Malaysian business leader with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and 7 years in hospitality and food franchising. Under her visionary leadership, CAPE Group has grown into a globally recognized provider of manufacturing ecosystem solutions in the E&E industry. She plays a prominent role in industry leadership as the National President of the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI), and holds key positions in NCCIM and MCMTC. Christina is also dedicated to community service, supporting education and sustainability through various advisory and leadership roles. Her achievements have earned her multiple prestigious awards, including the SOBA Female Entrepreneur of the Year (2021), several Lifetime Achievement Awards, and the Asia’s Best Employer Brand Award. In 2023, she led Cape EMS Berhad to a successful listing on Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market.
