Perhat Yagshiyev
Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan
Perhat Yagshiyev graduated in 2006 with a Diploma in Economics from Moscow State University of Technology "Stankin" (Russia). He began his career in 2009 at the "Ashgabat Textile Complex" and later worked at Hyundai Engineering Co. and “Türkmengaz” Concern in various roles, including Senior Marketing Engineer. From 2012 to 2020, he held various positions at the Supreme Control Chamber of Turkmenistan, eventually becoming Head of the Department of State Investment and Construction Projects. He then led the Department for Supervision of Major Construction Projects at the Cabinet of Ministers from 2020. On 7 February 2025, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan.
