Turkmenistan attaches great importance to public-private partnerships, the widespread introduction of practical business methods, and the active involvement of the private sector in this work in a market economy.
The Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, created in 2008, currently unites more than 28 thousand representatives of domestic private businesses and carries out large-scale work to develop the non-state sector of the economy, support entrepreneurial initiatives, and form a modern business infrastructure. Entrepreneurs make every effort to bring private businesses to the international level and successfully execute the tasks they face.
In this regard, the fourth session of the conference will discuss public-private partnerships (PPPs) in construction and infrastructure. The focus will be on investment opportunities, legal and financial aspects of PPPs, and the experience of their implementation in various industries. Particular attention will be paid to the role of PPPs in digital transformation and assessing the effectiveness of projects.
Private companies are implementing several large investment projects, including constructing industrial facilities, residential buildings, roads, and highways throughout the country. The fourth conference session will discuss the further development vector of PPP and new challenges and opportunities.
